I love looking at home listings. Doesn’t matter whether I am actually wanting to buy a new home, I love to look at what’s out there, what’s trending, and/or what might be my future dream home.
With all the websites you can visit to browse homes on the market, it can seem easy to look at what’s on the market. But for some, it might seem overwhelming.
If you’re comfortable setting up some searches in some of the home search sites, go for it! You can set up searches by price, neighborhood, bedrooms/baths, square footage, etc. – almost any parameters! With most sites, you can set up notifications daily, weekly, or instantly if something that matches your search parameters comes up.
If you’re not comfortable with that, or maybe the notifications are out of control (especially common with the apps!), guess what? As your Real Estate Broker, I can create custom searches based on what you’re looking for and can set up how often to share them based on your needs! That’s right – I can do the heavy “searching” for you!
The best part? As you’re reviewing the listings, if you find one you like, you can “favorite” it, and then I’ll be able to see that you liked it. From there I can suggest scheduling a showing, or even find others similar, if that’s what you may need.
